The price you'll see on our "Book Now" page includes a 25 mile delivery radius from North field NH, 1 week with your dumpster, and a certain weight of disposal for household and construction trash. If you're within those 3 factors, there will be no additional fees to book with us!
Yes, we would be happy to serve anybody in the state of NH! Beyond 25 miles, we'll apply a 10$ per mile charge based on the distance to your address.
Generally speaking, we try to call customers the day before pickup and drop-off to ensure they are OK with the delivery and pickup time. Because we strive to be flexible for all of our customers, we may not know our driver's route for a given day until the night before. If you have a specific time frame requirement, we'll do everything we can to accommodate you! Just put your request on the order form, or call so we can add notes to your order.
In order do place a dumpster, our truck needs to be able to back up to the location. If the ground is soft, or the snow is deep, or the driveway icy and steep, access may be an issue. Due to safety concerns, we can not place dumpsters on anything more than moderate inclines. We also must consider (especially in winter) weather our truck will be able to pull the full dumpster away without getting stuck!
Freedom Dumpsters will do everything within reason to respect ground surfaces. We do ask that if you are worried about asphalt damage, please have boards ready for us to place under the dumpster. We do not always carry boards with us, but we try to. If we think our tires will rut up the access location, we'll do our best to warn you in advance. Although we try our best, sometimes the nature of bringing in heavy equipment is tough on a property, and Freedom Dumpsters LLC will not be liable for any damage, as stated in the contract.
Just call us! If you know in advance, let us know upon booking, but we can usually accommodate last minute changes too. Keep in mind that it costs us money to run back out to your location, and fees may apply.

We only accept credit or debit cards. Your card is charged at the end of the ordering process. Dumpsters can not be delivered without paying in full. Your card will be kept on file in the event that any of the fees (listed below) are accrued during the rental. Those fees will be charged to the card on file after disposing of the dumpster contents.
Freedom Dumpsters believes in price and fee transparency. While we try to keep pricing simple, we also want to keep prices low for folks who don't encounter the situations below. Look carefully through this list of fees, which are also outlined in the rental contract.
1 Week Dumpster Rental Fee by Container Size:
10 yard - $550 - 1 Ton included ($190 per additional ton) - In no event will customer load debris weighing 10,000 lbs or more
15 yard - $595 - 1.5 Tons included ($190 per additional ton) - In no event will customer load debris weighing 10,000 lbs or more
20 yard - $695 - 2 Tons included ($190 per additional ton) - In no event will customer load debris weighing 10,000 lbs or more
Travel Fee - Equipment rentals at a distance beyond 25 miles driving distance from Northfield NH will be charged a travel fee at a rate of $10 per mile of additional radius. This covers our costs to make the two round trips to the service location.
Wait Fee - If a driver must wait beyond 10 minutes after arriving at a location to drop off, or pick up a dumpster, a wait fee of $50 will be charged
Same Day Service Fee - If dropoff of equipment is requested on the same day the order is placed, a fee of $50 may be applied.
Cancellation Fee - If you cancel your dumpster rental within 7 days of dumpster delivery, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellation prior to 1 week in advance will not be subject to a cancellation fee. If you move your rental date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Chain up fee - If your property requires our driver to use tire chains to deliver, or retrieve your dumpster, a fee of $50 per chain install will be charged.
Equipment Damage Fee: $100 per tear or severe dent caused to the dumpster, or cost of material and labor to repair damage, whichever is greater.
Overloaded Dumpster, or Load Correction fee: $20-$200 will be charged to re-arrange or unload items that are not able to be safely transported down the road. To avoid this fee, do not load items above the rim of the dumpster

In NH, we all know our roads can get soft, and can even be posted with seasonal weight limits. Our rule of thumb is that if its legal, we will try our best to get your dumpster in and out. Our trucks weigh up to 25,500 lbs, or just under 13 tons. If your road is posted with a weight limit lower than that, you'll need to ask your town for a exception permit for us, and provide it before we attempt delivery.
If we find your road is posted below our weight on the way to a location on the delivery, or return trip, the customer is responsible for getting an exception permit for pickup, and any rental extension fees associated with the delay in pickup date.

We absolutely can not drive down the road without placing a tarp over our dumpster. We will get pulled over and fined. Because of this, we must insist that dumpsters not be loaded at all over the top rim. If items are stacked too high, protrude too far out, or may damage our tarp, we may ask you to correct the issue before picking up, or charge a load correction fee to correct the load ourselves. In extreme cases, we may leave the dumpster and ask the customer to correct the load. In this case, dry run fees, and rental extension fees may be charged where applicable.
If a dumpster is too heavy for us to legally transport, or physically lift on to the truck, we will require the customer to unload the dumpster until it is legal and possible to move.
If we find things in the dumpster that we aren't allowed to transport or dispose of, we may place them in your driveway upon pickup, ask you to unload them, or bring them back once rejected by the disposal site. Customers are responsible for any costs incurred by such items including fees, fines, and costs to return them to the customer.

Accidents happen! Most scratches and minor dents are part of the business. If there is serious damage, or a tear in the dumpster (often caused by using heavy equipment to load it, or extremely heavy items being dropped in), we may charge a damage fee of $100 per severe dent or tear.
